The Fronte Parte website is managed by Fronte Parte OÜ (Fronte Parte or we), registered in Tartu, Jaama 183-72, 50705, Estonia (reg nr. 14256111). For us at Fronte Parte, the security of your personal data is very important, and we collect and manage your personal data with care and take specific measures designed to keep it secure.

Fronte Parte collects the following personal data: name, gender, birthday, phone number, e-mail, postal address and purchase history.

By joining the Fronte Parte newsletter, client loyalty program and/or making a purchase on the Fronte Parte website or on-site store, or otherwise providing his/her details through the Fronte Parte website or through any other online channel (like Facebook, Instagram), the client gives consent to the processing of his/her personal data. Personal data transmitted to Fronte Parte is protected and treated as confidential information, including information stored on the client and his/her orders.

The data communication between the client and the banks and the card payment centre is encrypted, which ensures the security of the client’s personal data and bank details. Fronte Parte does not have access to the client’s confidential bank and payment card details.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED?

If you provide us your personal data, we will use this information based on our legitimate interest to keep you informed of our special events and promotions, to register you with our website, to administer our website services, to process any orders you may place online, to make purchase analyses, and/or to serve the client loyalty program, all as relevant. LEGAL PURCHASE AGE AND CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

If you are under eighteen (18), we require that you inform and get your parents or guardians consent before purchasing anything on the Fronte Parte website or through any other online channel (like Facebook, Instagram). Fronte Parte does not wish to collect personal data from anyone under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), please ask your parent or guardian to register for the Fronte Parte newsletter.
